What does a doula cost:
Being a very experienced doula, I provide coaching and emotional support in the time of preparation for, during and after the birth of your baby. All of my knowledge, attention and expertise is at your disposal, to help you prepare and find your inner strength to have a positive birth experience.

Being a very experienced doula, I know how valuable capturing the journey you go through be, to reflect, look back on and process the birth. With this option, not only will I provide coaching and emotional support in the time of preparation for, during and after the birth of your baby. But wherever I can, I capture some of the special moments of the birthjourney on camera and provide that lasting memory of one of the most special days of your life, your child’s Birthday.

Besides being a birth doula, I am also a postpartum doula and infant care specialist. I provide coaching and emotional support in the time of preparation for, during and after the birth of your baby. And I can provide extra support in the days, weeks and months after the birth, supporting your family while you get to know each other, bond and find a new routine to family life. All of my knowledge, attention and expertise is at your disposal, to help you have a good birth experience and then bond and have a great start for you family.

When your kraamzorg nurse has left, your partner has to work and/or your family is unable to come and support you, the pressure to try to do it all can be a lot. Postpartum-doulas can help support this transition. Farola is also able to provide support in getting your baby prepared for daycare, helping out when you have had twins, postnatal depression or are experiencing postnatal anxiety and could use some rest and want to set up a sleep-schedule. Hourly rate €45,-
Three full hour yogasessions in the privacy of your own home. Physical movement can help prep your body for birth and might help alleviate some discomforts.

- With use of oils and a variety of techniques
- I bring the table and towels, at your chosen time, all you have to do is relax
Besides a coach Farola is also a licensed dramatherapist (vaktherapeut) and can support you with supportive and coaching meetings
